Live in Asst InnKeeper / Maintenance / Housekeeper - House Keeping / House keeper.
Job Opening at a small motel by Yuma, Colorado. Looking for someone who can do front desk 2 days a week and housekeeping (when needed) for about 26-30 hours per week.
Accommodation provided. Utilities are free. Rate is $14.42 hour. Ideal candidate would be someone who can :
Performs daily cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
Completes daily laundry services.
Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Snowplow / lawn maintenance as directed by the manager
Able to clean rooms.
Assists in other roles when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
Performs additional duties as needed.
Hours & Compensation: Pay of $14.42/hr.
Valid driver’s license or government issued identification
Reliable method of transportation is needed
Job and housing is only for 1 person at all times.
