Job Title: Quality TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to oversee and perform testing for quality and food safety compliance. This role includes finished goods product release, oversight of Quality Lab equipment, maintenance, and calibration. You will also be responsible for implementing testing standards and SOPs, as well as tracking performance through trend analysis for continual improvement.Responsibilities

Partner with Production to identify quality issues and determine if a product should be quarantined based on customer history, production process, and severity of defect.

Perform required lab testing such as COF, GC, tensile, and bond strength, tear, etc. Maintain quality records for all completed testing.

Verify quality control and testing results to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality/food safety procedures for product release.

Prepare customer Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Certificate of Conformance (COC) reports as required.

Assist in manufacturing trials and first-time production runs for quality analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Trend and evaluate testing data to develop recommendations for improvement and report any out-of-specification situations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.34 - $22.34Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
