Position Overview:
We seek a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our dynamic team in KS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the used car industry or insurance space. Existing relationships with vendors and retail locations are a huge plus. This individual will drive revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our extended auto warranty plans to third-party providers, creating long-term solid relationships, and representing the company as their own. There is a huge opportunity to earn income instantly, build a book of business, and create a long-term career within the company and the space. We will create and provide all training and marketing material needed to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly targets. Our initial targets are reasonable and achievable for a motivated and driven individual.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including in-person visits, appointment setting, networking, and online platforms.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients who will be part of our family and PAP's future.
Product Knowledge:
Thoroughly understand and communicate the features and benefits of Patriot Auto Protection's extended warranty plans, commission structure, and the value we bring to the clients we onboard.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to enhance marketing strategies.
Manage Business Relationships
Tradeshops
Branding
Expanding & More
Customer Service:
Ensure an excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience in the Used Auto & Insurance Industries
Proven track record in management, overseeing teams and sales, with at least two years of experience.
Experience in the used car business or insurance industry is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
