Full-Time Maintenance Tech needed for locally owned property management company. Duties include sheetrock repair, painting, minor plumbing and electrical, carpentry work, and more. HVAC certification preferred, but not required.
Must have clean driving record, valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check. If you have any felonies, do not bother applying.
