Farm hand needed.
Horse farm is in need of a farm hand who can clean stalls, sweep, repair fencing, run a chainsaw and other various farm jobs that need done.
This is a job that requires a strong back along with strong work ethic. A typical day involves feeding horses, shoveling crap and adding bedding to stalls.
It's going to be HOT in the summer and COLD in the winter, it's Kansas, but if I need to explain that to you then you're not right for the job.
That's the dirt of the job. The cream of the job is this is a world class horse farm with world class horses on it. If you love animals, specifically Fresian horses then you'll look forward to coming to work everyday and these majestic creatures greeting you as you walk up.
You do need to have experience around big animals, they can hurt you if you're not paying attention.
If you love animals and have experience with horses call us and we'll get together and see if you're a fit. The pay is going to based on your ability. The more you can do and are willing to do the more you will make. If you can only shovel crap you're not as valuable as the person who can fix the fence and cut up the tree that fell on it, and is willing to do so without complaining. A good attitude goes a long way with people and the horses and gets you paid more too.
