What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and optimize biophysical, biochemical and cellular assays to evaluate the therapeutic potential of rationally designed targeted small molecules. These assays will facilitate project teams in developing structure-activity relationships as part of hit-to-lead and lead optimization efforts. Develop innovative proposals to facilitate the adoption of new technological approaches and capabilities.Document experimental design, analysis, and interpretation of data in an ELN and LIMS system Stay up to date with the latest scientific and technological advancements in the field Author technical reports and presentations to communicate data and analysesAdd to Deciphera culture of collaboration and shared mission to solve complex biological problems
