Duties and Responsibilities Apply in-depth knowledge of Chapter 90 and 540 CMR regulations and RMV standards. Conduct audits for hearings including but not limited to hearing preparation, conduct of hearings and the hearing decisions. Serve as a resource for internal and external departments to research and resolve inquiries. Responsible for preparing and maintaining a variety of reports, correspondence, itineraries, forms, schedules, etc. relating to audits. Research laws, regulations, policy, and standards to ensure compliance. Draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area. Create memos, charts, schedules, graphs, or similar visual aids to prepare summaries, and analyzes.
