Immediate opening - Looking for an Assistant Property Manager for Mobile Home Community in Junction City Kansas.
Desirable candidates posses the following characteristics:
-Assist Property Managers in managing mobile home park
- Administrative Skills – ability to be trained and follow the Company’s policies and procedures, track materials used for inventory, sign-in/sign-out unit keys.
- Trustworthy, individual or couple who has a likable disposition with solid character judgement
-Able to follow directions
-Team player
- Background in property management
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to understand and manage application process
-Act as the first point of contact to assist and resolve problems and complaints from residents.
-Responsible for ensuring all after-hour emergencies are addressed
-Executing home contracts, serving legal notices
-Making sure tenants are following the rules and regulations
-Keeping property in good clean condition
-General computer skills.
-Answer tenant and prospective tenant questions.
-Show mobile homes for sale
-Report any issues and repair requests to the management.
-Meet with contractors when required to complete repairs.
-Prepare and post any required Notices as directed by the management.
-Clean background
Compensation depends on experience and qualifications
Monthly Bonuses (Performance Based)
Office Hours – 10AM – 6PM with an hour lunch Mon-Friday, 9AM – 1PM Sat, Closed Sundays
