"Is on-call required, if so, what are the details? No"Are Holidays required: Yes, we require staff to work 3 winter holidays of the 6. The 6 include Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day. "Will floating be required outside of the area requested? If so what areas. They will likely occasionally float outside of their hired unit based on divisional needs.
