Primary Responsibilities:Maintains compliance with regulations related to transportation safety and environmental standards.Responsible for ensuring premier service is provided by local Service Center Managers and teams on a consistent basis to Service Accounts (all lines of services).Ensure compliance with program requirements and customer satisfaction in accordance with Clean Earth policies, practices and procedures.Support sales department in the implementation of new accounts, presentation of services, response to inquiries and technical information.Effectively communicate organizational and safety goals to their locations and ensures compliance amongst their group.Monitor and analyze transportation performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to ensure efficient transportation of goods.Support managers in local offices to better service clients through management of staff; including hiring, training, development, and performance in accordance with HR policies and practices.Provide support in the recruitment and hiring of field leadership and drivers as needed.Provide technical support to field staff and managers, assist in the content development and deployment of technical training.Manage P&L of the service line within region and staff accordingly.Performs other duties as assigned.
