Job DescriptionSonar Spark is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Event Staff members to assist in the execution of various events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments. This role involves event setup, guest assistance, coordination with vendors, and ensuring all event aspects run smoothly.ResponsibilitiesAssist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are arranged according to event plans.Provide on-site support, including welcoming guests, managing registrations, and directing attendees.Coordinate with vendors and event organizers to ensure smooth operations.Monitor event areas to maintain cleanliness and organization.Address any last-minute changes or issues efficiently.Support promotional and logistical efforts as required.Ensure compliance with safety and venue regulations.
