If you're ready to take your career to the next level and play a pivotal role in our success story, join us.This is a hybrid role and is based in the Kansas City Metro Area.Essential Duties:In collaboration with the Vice President, Talent Acquisition, develop and implement talent acquisition strategies: Create comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that encompass sourcing, employer branding, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment.Lead and manage the talent acquisition team: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and offer acceptance.Build strong relationships with hiring managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.Develop and maintain talent pipelines: Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future openings, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates.Enhance employer branding: Develop and execute strategies to promote our company as an employer of choice, attracting top talent and building a strong employer brand.Utilize data and analytics: Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and use insights to optimize talent acquisition strategies and improve efficiency.Manage external partnerships: Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other partners to enhance our sourcing capabilities.Ensure compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance.
