Job Title: Retail Technology Project Manager

Duration: 6 months + CTH

Location: Hutchinson, Kansas

Required Pay Scale: $53-55.71/hr

Job Summary:

The Technology Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects for our retail business. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, merchandising, and finance, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Candidate will oversee installs, repairs, and maintenance of store equipment and systems across several different disciplines also evaluates, schedules, coordinates, and provides oversight and guidance to maintenance contractors to ensure safe, timely and high-quality service for multiple trades and/or disciplines in our retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail technology, with experience in areas such as POS systems, inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics. They should be knowledgeable about emerging trends and technologies in the retail industry and have a proven track record of delivering successful technology projects. They will play a critical role in helping our retail business leverage technology to enhance the customer experience, optimize operations, and drive revenue.

Must HavesMinimum Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in leadership position delivering large and/or complex projects Vendor management experience Proven problem solving and organizational skills Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization Advanced analytical, problem solving and expert communication skills Knowledge of advanced project management
