Quality Control Tech - 3rd Shift

We are seeking a Quality Control Technician for our Ink Lab. Check out this opportunity to be part of our team and contribute to our growth and success. As a Quality Control Tech, you will be responsible for:Performing quality control testing of production batches of inks and coatingsCompleting associated clerical work (entering results into SAP, printing labels, filing, etc.)Performing 5S cleaning and maintaining the areaEstablishing and maintaining accurate and complete quality records in SAPPerforming color quality tests; making batch additions and adjustmentsImplementing necessary and timely batch corrections directly to ProductionCalibrating and verifying test equipmentInvestigating and analyzing non-conforming batches (internal and external)Supporting Lean ManufacturingEnsuring sample retention managementPerforming some customer proofing
