BatchWeigher/Mixer - 3rd shift (paste mix)

We are seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM StandardsLearning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activitiesWeigh-Up Batches: Following process order of addition. Shift auto and manual stepsMix Batch: Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely; following and adhering to all INX Mixer SOP'sHockmeyer mill operation: Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) standardsCreating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing timesCanningOperating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forkliftActing as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording dataCompleting scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting proceduresHelping with repacks
