The main goal will be to assist our Meridian branches in Iowa and Nebraska with the sales and support of all Hoffman products. Your time will be spent making sales calls, doing account targeting, providing internal and customer training, and providing product updates. You will handle all special quoting as well. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as building our reputation of providing valuable assistance and support, will be a crucial role. You will work closely with the local Hoffman Area Manager on all account planning and targeting aspects. Reports to: Sales ManagerMinimum Qualifications:

Must possess a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship skills.

Five years of experience in the industry is a minimum.

Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Some overnight travel will be required.

Preferred Qualifications:N/AWorking Conditions:Conditions vary based on the customer location and may include construction, warehouse, manufacturing, office, or external environments. Some activities may include walking, standing, climbing in various conditions including extreme heat or cold. Essential functions will require travel to customer locations.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoEssential Job Functions:

Perform Regular visits with existing and prospective customers across your territory for the sales and support of Hoffman products.

Provide technical consultation and application assistance.

Display/demonstrate Hoffman products, emphasizing key features.

Participate in continual education on all Hoffman products and business processes.

Perform Regular Account planning with Branch Sales staff and the Hoffman Account Manager.

Develop and maintain customer relationships with purchasing, project managers, engineering, maintenance, and management.

Investigate and resolve customer problems.

Coordinate with Hoffman's account manager for all customer relations.

Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts.

Work with the Director of Industrial Sales to develop the Hoffman Business plan for all Meridian branches.

Professionally and ethically represent 3E while selling Hoffman products.
