This position is a Full Time opportunity located in Des Moines,IA. Work onsite will be required. They should be able to take a problem and roughly spec out an implementation. The role varies drastically from a System Analyst as this individual should be mentoring and coaching System Analysts directly in addition to delivering on commitments in each sprint. Helping to elevate the team around them to be better and do better. Desired Skill Set: C# .Net Core (1.1, 2.1 or 3.1)/.Net 5.0 really any of the .Net Core versions OAuth & OIDC (tools like Okta) Kubernetes (K8s) Docker (Containerization) Cloud Experience (Azure or AWS) Reactjs or Vuejs Web API Development Experience (RESTful using Json) CI/CD Experience with tools like Azure DevOps (similar tools might be GitLab/GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy etc.) Unit Testing tools (XUnit, NUnit, Jasmine etc) Understanding of Dependency Injection and IoC Understanding and preferably experience using messaging middlewares like RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus (Queues and Topics) Event based processing and distributed processing knowledge Qualifications: College Degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems preferred Minimum 12 years' IT development experience or equivalent preferred Experience as Technical Lead and/or Project Architect on very complex multi-subsystem solution delivery projects preferred Effective verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with business partners and other IT staff Problem solving skills sufficient to perform research and recommend a proposed solution to problems Able to work on multiple tasks and meet established deadlines
