About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Documentation Associate for the Archive Document Request (ADR) as apart of Home Lending Operations. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:

Participate in assembling, creating, executing, and reviewing loan documentation, as well as associated reference source data and materials for the purpose of verifying and preparing information and decisions in support of a variety of legal proceedings, including foreclosures.

Review basic issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained and are related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrow impact.

Provide information about status of the account, breach status, payment history, fees and escrow, payoff, and reinstatement facts.

Receive direction from Loan Documentation supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Provide information to Loan Documentation managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customer.

Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Loan Documentation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

2 plus years of Mortgage/ Home Loan processing or servicing experience

Procedure writing and review experience.

Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline.

Ability to coach, train, and mentor others

Experience with GEM – global event management system and/or Arrow Loan

Ability to partner and collaborate with both internal and external partners.

Analytical and High attention to detail and accuracy skills

Strong Communication verbal and written skills.

Job Expectations:

Able to work Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:30pm

This position offers a remote schedule but MUST reside within a commutable distance from the locationlisted below.
