Description Robert Half is looking for motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to help out on a project for a well-known company in the insurance industry. This project-based role will take place on-site in the West Des Moines area. Your primary role will be managing inbound calls and helping our clients understand their policies, addressing their queries, assisting with billing issues, and helping with new policies. You will serve as the frontline customer service and strive to create positive interactions and solutions for our customers.Responsibilities:
Manage large volumes of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable service options.
Resolve any customer complaints effectively and amicably.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company's services.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, ideally within the insurance sector.
