Position Title: Production
Wage: $15/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6:30am-3:30pm with mandatory overtime
QPS Employment Group is working with a busy manufacturing plant in Allison, Iowa! These are associate to hire opportunities with great benefits available once hired on with the company!
Production Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Load and unload parts onto the production line
- Conduct accurate counts and inspect parts for defects
- Prepare raw inventory for coating
- Inspect coated products and pack securely
- Maintain inventory integrity and adhere to system processes
- Complete end-of-shift tasks and maintain a clean workstation
- Follow safety policies and requirements
Production Requirements:
- Experience in a production environment preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong commitment to safety
- Stand for 8-10-hour shift
- Lift up to 20- 50lbs occasionally
