Execute Workday configuration and integration projects.
Provide daily support, administration, and enhancement of the Workday platform.
Implement process improvements to optimize business processes.
Contribute to a culture of confidentiality and participate in Workday Release Management.
Administer security and provide audit reports for review.
Balance multiple projects simultaneously and work independently on assigned tasks.
Act as a liaison between IT and cross-functional teams.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years of Workday experience in development, testing, and deployment.
Proficiency in using BIRT reporting for custom configuration, and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of Workday product suite including both HCM and Finance modules.
Experience in using XLST and a keen ability to identify opportunities for improvement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
