Security - Full TimeApply Online!Friendship Village is hiring a Full Time Securityto provide overnight security and perform general maintenance and upkeep on buildings and apartments for our senior residents. Candidates must be dedicated, hardworking individuals with an eye for detail. Must have excellent customer service skills and enjoy serving others.As the Security Guard you are responsible for:
Preventing loss and damage
Reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures
Restraining trespassers
Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property
Inspecting buildings, equipment and access points
Protect company assets from theft, assault, fire and other safety issues,
Perform routine maintenance as issues arise
Use a company bus or van to transport residents as needed
Working Hours:
Full-Time
10:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays
Requirements:
The ability to lift 75 pounds
Previous security experience preferred, not required
Chauffer or CDL license or ability to obtain
