Description We are seeking a Product Support Representative in Waterloo, Iowa. As part of this team, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive product support and training, as well as spearheading initiatives to enhance product reliability. You will also participate in problem-solving and delivering technical training. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity! Responsibilities: Offer advanced product support to field teams, channel partners, and customers. Develop and implement reimbursement policies in collaboration with Marketing for recommendations. Document complex technical issues and solutions in our database for future reference and bulletin publication. Contribute to the development and execution of field programs for product non-conformance, product improvement programs, and safety programs. Design and deliver training for products, services, or initiatives. Participate in problem-solving teams and provide advanced research for model product delivery processes or product development programs. Assist in the development of Parts and Service programs and pricing strategies. Provide work direction to contract employees or entry level staff and manage budget control and track expenditures.Requirements Skillset we are seeking: Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills. Experience with Data Entry and general Office Functions. Proficient in Documentation and Marketing strategies. Proven experience in Training and Operations management. Strong capability to provide Technical Support. Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, About Time, and other Database systems. Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively liaise with Stakeholders in various sectors.
