Basic Job Functions: In this role, you will be collaborating on Microsoft Dynamics 365 system processes, and translating business requirements into scalable solutions, among other key responsibilities which include:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Support: Collaborate in the design, documentation, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 system processes.
Financial and Operational Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance and operations.
Solution Development: Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable solutions.
Functional Design: Design cohesive solutions leveraging functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present technical solutions.
Process Optimization: Maximize automation and process effectiveness though technical expertise.
Best Practice Integration: Provide functional design documents incorporating current best practices and solution alternatives.
Project Management: Manage project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
Technical Issue Resolution: Report on technical issues and make recommendations to IT supervisors and users.
Quality Assurance: Preform quality assurance and data governance activities.
Change Management: Manage process change requests effectively.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline. An equivalent combination of experience and education is also acceptable.
At least 2-3 years of experience performing as a Business Analyst or Business Analyst responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience in steel or metal related industry.
