Job DescriptionAs an International Customer Service Representative with Trek Bicycles, you will build and maintain successful relationships with Trek’s international distributor accounts. One of the main focuses of this role is processing shipments and responding to customer inquiries. The Customer Service Representative will collaborate with the Regional Sales team and larger international team to further the success of customers in the region.Responsibilities:

Build and maintain healthy relationships with distributors. Be an ambassador for Trek.

Process orders timely and accurately while managing backorders and shipments.

Support the Regional Sales team in their effort to achieve sales goals.

Work with our supply chain team to facilitate factory direct orders for distributors.

Be a communication and education liaison between Trek and our distributors and keep them informed of issues that affect their business.

Handle day-to-day correspondence via email and phone and maintain a 24-hour response time.

Assist final consumers with both direct answers as well as collaborating with distributors for local support.

Display a positive attitude toward customers, company, and co-workers.

Embrace continuous improvement philosophy.

Some international travel may be required.

Experience/Education

Bachelor degree preferred

Must have good written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to multi-task in a result-oriented environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Outlook, Word

Prior customer service experience

Knowledge of/passion for cycling a plus
