Description The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for enhancing the operational efficiency of our organization by providing professional level administrative support services. This role includes a wide variety of duties including coordination of office activities, managing information flow, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports, maintaining files, and supporting staff by handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities as an Administrative Coordinator:

Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Prepare, help, and manage the reports, documentations, correspondences, and presentations.

Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences.

Interface with various departments, customers, and external agencies, and provide general support to visitors.

Maintain inventory, managing office supplies, and liaising with vendors and service providers.

Update and maintain all necessary records, and ensure effective filing systems.

Assist with human resources processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and termination.

Handle and distribute incoming mail, and manage outgoing mail.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Offer general administrative support to all team members as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Proven experience in an administrative role.

Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

Proficient in MS Office and office equipment such as printers and fax machines.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make decisions.
