This full time position is responsible for reporting, analysis, data processing and planning related to the financial function of the business.
Accounting area include- work on general ledger - Accounts receivable/payable - payroll related functions and cash management.
Payroll processing - calculating spread sheets on wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses and deductions. Entering and maintaining payroll data. Updating employee records, and managing electronic timekeeping systems. Follow federal and state laws on with holding and tax reporting.
Answer employee questions and resolve payroll issues. Maintain confidential payroll records.
Experience in accounting and payroll. Knowledgeable with spread sheets, word processing and data based software. Proficient in Microsoft systems. Knowledge of information technology and personal computers. Able to use reporting and query tools. Effective written & oral communication skills.
Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM. Company provided insurance, 401K, vacations, bonus time.
