Production TECO/Inventory Control Clerk 1st Shift

Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:15am - 3:45pmSummary:Responsible for executing, in a timely manner, the daily activities of the Production area including TECOing, cycle counting, and clerk duties if needed such as pulling, verifying and distributing production schedules, printing labels, and making copies of builds for pallets. Assists in training of new employees and the ongoing training of current employees to ensure quality, safety and productivity goals are met or exceeded.Pulls, verifies and distributes production schedules.Prints labels and makes copies of pallet builds as needed.Maintains a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with all safety, USDA and OSHA regulationsMaintains or exceeds quality standards, performance and attendance metricsEnsures that all items are properly entered into the system.Ensures compliance with established processes and procedures.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent attendance and dependabilityAttention to detailAbility to comprehend inventory counting Fast-paced environmentTeam playerGreat communication skillsGood math and accounting skills; count and record without transposing numbersProblem solving skillsStrong computer knowledge and abilityAbility to communicate professionally with peopleExcellent problem solving skills
