Analyst - Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Analyst role will collect, analyze data and information flows to assess the efficiency and costs of logistics processes. Research operational costs and maintain a current and comprehensive database on which to draw for solutions development.  Establish data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify Supply Chain operations improvements and simulate the impact of proposed initiativesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Job Functions)The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following: Model and analyze various supply chain scenarios (including ad-hoc requests), prepare cost/benefit analysis of proposed changes                                                                                                                       Develop dashboards, reports and scorecards that drive enterprise results                                                                                                                                                                                                            Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals                                                                                                                                                                                      Analyze performance, investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions                                                                                                                                                                                             Document business process and recommend process improvements                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary
