Seasonal Job with possibility of winter hours Starting Mid March to Early April, when weather is favorable.
Would like this position to become a crew leader by end of May.
```Duties```
- Perform lawn care and maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Maintain gardens and flower beds by planting, watering, and weeding.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mulching, fertilizing, and pruning.
- Assist with groundskeeping duties such as raking leaves, removing debris, and maintaining walkways.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Irrigate lawns and plants to ensure proper hydration.
- Provide tree care services including pruning, trimming, and removal.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, or flowers.
- Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months.
```Skills```
- Previous experience in lawn care or groundskeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
- Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in lawn care.
- Ability to operate equipment such as lawn mowers and trimmers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Drivers License with Clean record
-Ability to pull trailers
