This on-site position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in escrow, mortgage, or financial services who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to accurate and compliant financial operations.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$18/hour
Monday – Friday between 9am – 6pm CST - training from 8am-4:30pm CST
ROLE IMPACT
As a vital member of a leading financial services team, the CSR ensures the accurate and timely disbursement of insurance payments, contributing to seamless escrow operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their escrow accounts.
Assist customers with changes to their insurance carriers, and update billing when needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of experience in a call center center, preferably dealing with escrow, mortgage, or financial services
Proven analytical and communication skills
High attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities
