Hi, I am looking for a local co-host for my short term rental portfolio to help respond to guest messages, complete walkthroughs before guest check-in to ensure cleanliness and supplies are stocked, and provide occasional on-call support.
I am happy to train you on everything you need to know and hire another team member to provide flexible scheduling.
Job also offers 1.5X hourly pay for 24/7 on call support in case of guest emergencies (lockouts, maintenance emergencies, etc). This is not a job requirement, but preferred.
