General duties for apartment complex will involve:
Experience in various areas of carpentry, electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance repairs.
HVAC experience with certification preferred, but not required.
Be responsible for maintaining all work orders in a timely manner.
Be available for emergency phone calls.
Painting, daily grounds upkeep, ordering parts for repairs, snow removal of sidewalks.
Apartment turnovers
Must furnish own tools
Able to lift over 50 lbs or more.
Valid Driver's license
This is an great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and adaptable with excellent customer service skills.
Pay is based on experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
