Looking for a handyman with a wide range of skills to work on renovating and repairing mobile homes in the Clinton, IA area! Part-time to full-time work is possible.
Tasks include, but not limited to:
- light plumbing
- light electrical
- painting
- drywall (installation, finishing and repair)
- Light demo
- subfloor repair
- installation of skirting
- flooring installation
Must have a valid drivers license. This would be an independent contractor position.
