In this role you will manage a team of Data Analysts and/or Scientists with the responsibility of leveraging equipment parts and service data to create meaningful insights. We are looking for a highly adaptive individual with a strong ability to manage multiple initiatives, to translate company vision into team requirements, guide a team toward deliverables and support their technical growth and to communicate across multiple departments.What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and/or scientists who are responsible for delivering insights to various stakeholders using data modeling and statistical analysis techniques.

Develop and implement data analytics strategies and frameworks that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of reporting systems, data models, dashboards and performance metrics that ensure data quality and promote data literacy.

Manage the data intake, validation, modeling, and visualization processes to ensure that deliverables meet organizational expectations and regulatory requirements.

Identify opportunities to support parts and service revenue growth.

Support the development of ML models to estimate cost of ownership and deliver insights to the organization.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with seven years of relevant experience ; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Strong ability to manage a portfolio of projects, corresponding deliverables, and deadlines.

Proficient translating complex insights into business language, enabling data-centric business decisions.

Knowledge and understanding of tools and/or languages (PowerBI, SQL, Azure Databricks, Python).

Understanding of construction and agriculture equipment general service and maintenance.

Travel

Occasional travel is expected of this position.

Work LocationHYBRID: Some of a team member’s day-to-day work may be best done at a location other than a Vermeer campus.
