This position will be on-site at the Osage, IA facility. Standard work week of Monday thru Friday. Gathers and enters information to support manufacturing operations. Interacts with management, with manufacturing team members, and with other departments. Completes tasks and responsibilities as assigned by department management.
Responsibilities:Schedules and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of productsEnsures accuracy of material orders and reconciles receivables against themAnalyzes inventory levels and production plans to ensure product availability and cost-efficient manufacturing and inventoryMaintains control over inventoriesConducts physical inventory counts and reconciliationsPrepares and generates reports as assignedCommunicates in timely and un-ambiguous fashion with other departments affected by inventories and with customersPerforms other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
