Hours: Monday - Friday - DaysAbout The JobClinic Nurse is a professional nursing position that serves as a resource nurse, provides quality patient care and is a patient advocateWhat We Are Looking ForEducation [formal]:Graduate of a school of nursing is required.A current Iowa License as a Practical Nurse is required.OREducation [formal]:Graduate of an approved school for medical assistant.Credentialed as a medical assistant is required. (CMA, RMA, NCMA)Experience:Six months previous ambulatory care experience is preferred.Additional experience involving computerized data equipment is preferredSpecial Skills and Competencies:Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain and display professionalism with customers and coworkers.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Advanced knowledge of nursing practice, including the ability to make sound judgments in clinical situations.Conceptual awareness of the delivery of care to age-specific groups.
