In this role, you will be responsible for supporting hose activities by developing and optimizing PVC material processes for in product development, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient manufacturing procedures.Lead the industrialization and optimization of PVC material processes for new and existing hoses products.Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PVC material requirements into product designs.Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate and industrialize PVC material properties and performance.Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical reports.Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective solutions.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in PVC material technology and processing techniques.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards in PVC material processing.Provide technical support and guidance to production teams and other stakeholders.
