Assists in providing a wide range of HR support and advice. Plays a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management. Other duties as assigned.Required competencies:

Education Requirements (if applicable)
Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field and 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-3 years’ experience in meat processing or other manufacturing setting
