The Senior Analyst, Customer Brands provides support to the Retail Private Brands and Contract Manufacturing Team through data analysis and contract review to build business understanding across both internal organization and with the customer using a general manager mindset. Responsible for supporting Wells Private Brands and Contract Manufacturing business with tools, analytics, and communications development for internal Wells team. Additionally, this role will be a bridge of communication between Private Brand and Contract Manufacturing sales team and internal Master Data Management, Demand Planning, Supply, Production Planning, R&D, Project Management Commercialization, Finance, Business Analytics, Procurement, Design Services and Quality groups to help enable alignment across key initiatives.Responsibilities Include:

Assist Customer Brands Business Development Managers (BDMs) with product portfolio management to include development of new products and updates to existing items.

Requesting capacity confirmation from internal teams for new item requests, providing data-based volume estimates when needed.

Evaluate product samples at internal product cuttings to effectively communicate versions being considered and any changes to formulations.

Management of new item quality approvals from customers, including but not limited to requesting new items and/or packaging samples to be shipped to customers. Tracking and ensuring on-time receipt of shipments and requesting new samples when necessary.

Complete customer product specification forms and label information and support artwork approval process.

Commercialization budget creation and spend tracking.

Product/item management – transitioning to finished good number and managing flow through of inventory.

Updating Product Guides with product images and information.

Assists BDMs with sales forecasting, annual/long-term planning support and ad-hoc analysis for Private Brand business. Creates and updates reporting and provides support during presentations/customer meetings as needed such as business reviews. Assists with financial reviews and P&L support.

Partner with the BDMs to aid in entering key metrics and information into internal and customer tools, helping to complete customer templates and new item, facility, and other customer required forms, and provide contract support. Ensures timely completion of customer data entry requirements for Private Brands by managing the update of technical information & specifications, working with Product Data Management & Regulatory teams on timely completion.

Expected to be strongly connected with the supported project manager and data management team by participating and providing updates in business project meetings, customer calls, cross functional initiative teams, etc. Expected to schedule, coordinate, and lead internal meetings and drive progress against assigned projects and initiatives to ensure timely delivery for customer and Wells.
