Title Reading TeacherEast Sac Community Schools is seeking qualified applicants to serve as a.60 FTE Title ReadingTeacher for the 2024-25 school year. This position will be 3 days per week working with students who need additional reading support. Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a K-8 Reading -148 and a PK-12 Talented and Gifted - 107 endorsement for this position. The application deadline for this position is Jan. 26th 2024. Various coaching opportunities exist for the 24-25 school year as well!East County CSD is located in beautiful Northwest/North Central Iowa and comprised of Sac City, Lake View, Wall Lake, and Auburn. The 7-12 building is located in Lake View. Our communities offer many recreational areas including Black Hawk Lake along with several thriving small businesses and restaurants. We are located right south of Hwy 20 and are 1 hour from Sioux City, 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Okoboji Great Lakes, and two hours from Des Moines and Omaha. The successful candidate will be supported by the HS Principal, an Assistant Principal, Veteran Teachers from within the district, a mentoring program, the Superintendent, and the East Sac County Board of Education.
