- 15+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 10 years in Insurance systems. Recent 5+ years of experience as an Employee Benefits business analyst or operations SME
- Experience across Employee Benefit administration platform transformation, implementation and modernization programs
- Expertise across functions and capabilities such as policy administration & servicing, employee enrollment, claims and billing
- Functional analysis of existing Employee Benefits processing platform(s)
- Collaborate with client business leadership to provide thought solution leadership, through active consultative engagements, develop insights, create and shape business demand and compelling solutions to drive operations efficiency and new business growth.
- Provide domain subject matter expertise and become trusted partner to client. Evangelise POV’s, design solutions working with various individual Mphasis practice teams to bring one solution to client and drive growth in accounts.
- Have led business response to client across operations, integrate individual solutions from different functional practice teams, consolidate key value propositions and developed executive summary.
- Define repeatable solution implementation framework, this involves developing a common set of capability blueprints, To-Be functional architecture and Roadmap
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP)
