This position has the potential to work up to a foreman or operator position.Job Duties: Including but not limited to the following:
Cut pipe using a quickie saw.
Manually maneuver pipe.
Shovel rock, dirt, or sand.
Swing a sledgehammer.
Lay pipe.
Figure grades.
Climb in and out of excavations by ladder or earthen ramp.
Manually carry materials including bags of concrete, lumber, plastic pipe, grates, castings, etc.
Responsible for the care and storage of all tools they use and clean up.
Job Requirements:
Lift a minimum weight of 100 pounds.
Work outside in the elements.
Able to respond quickly and willing to assist with any job duties asked by Foreman
Be able to work well in a group setting as well as individually at times.
Self-sufficient
Able to follow instruction.
