We are excited to announce an opening for a Property Manager to oversee our diverse and growing affordable housing portfolio in Fort Dodge and Humboldt Iowa. As our Property Manager, lead and innovate at our Humboldt Senior & Heartland Senior Apartments portfolio. You'll play a pivotal role in building communities and enriching lives, where your skills won't just be valued—they'll make a lasting impact.

Included are a $500 sign-on and a $500 six-month retention bonus and comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, generous PTO policy, and parental leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhanced Operational Management: Lead with an innovative approach, ensuring that all properties under your management meet high standards of fiscal integrity, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.

Marketing and Leasing Expertise: Utilize strong marketing strategies to maintain optimal occupancy rates and create a vibrant community atmosphere.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, particularly with respect to Tax Credit and Section 8 housing programs.

Team Leadership: Cultivate a positive work environment, encouraging team development and excellence in property management practices.

Community Engagement: Foster a socially healthy community by maintaining excellent living conditions and addressing resident concerns proactively.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven track record in property management, especially with Section 8 and Tax Credit housing.

Proficient in YARDI software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties efficiently.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business, Real Estate, or equivalent experience (4+ years).

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Property Manager role

Experience in Section 8 and/or Tax Credit housing, and knowledge of government subsidy programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

Sign-On Bonus: A $500 sign-on bonus to welcome you aboard.

Retention Bonus: A $500 bonus after six months as a token of our appreciation for your commitment.
