Responsibilities
Oversee and perform complex maintenance and repair tasks for machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with CNC machines, manual machines, and other equipment.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation of machinery.
Manage maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Utilize precision measuring tools and basic hand tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, instructions, and other work-related materials.
Essential Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of CNC machines and manual machines.
Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC systems.
Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and other technical documents.
Experience with mechanical and electrical repair.
High attention to detail, adaptability, and prioritization of tasks.
