Position Title: Production Worker
TST, a division of Earthlite LLC has an immediate opening in our small facility for a motivated, detail-oriented, organized person with excellent communication skills to join our team! This position will focus on production, operating blending equipment to produce skin and body care products. This position includes an opportunity to expand in role and responsibilities with our growing company.
Job Description:
TST is hiring a production worker to produce, blend, fill, and ship products for the hotel, resort, and spa industry. Work with a production team to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded. Position offers room for advancement.
· Operate blending equipment to produce skin and body care products.
· Build everything from bulk gallons to very refined gift sets.
· Operate walk behind pallet stacker.
· Load and unload trucks.
· Ship products through UPS and FedEx systems.
· Comply with company quality and productivity objectives.
· Facilitate a work environment that supports a Safe and Healthy Culture. Comply with safety regulations and use of equipment.
Qualifications:
· Some computer skills.
· Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
· Excellent work attendance record.
· Be self-motivated.
· Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to all company policies & procedures.
· Forklift experience (preferred).
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

8 hour shift with some overtime when needed
