Summary:
The QTI Group in Platteville, WI is looking for a full-time HR Recruiter. Someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required. This person will be responsible for assisting candidates through the interview and hiring process, sourcing passive candidates in various resume databases, and maintaining client relationships. Someone who is detailed-oriented with great customer service skills will be very successful in this job. Occasionally, travel to job fairs and client sites will be necessary. This is a direct hire position with first shift hours working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities:
Conducting phone screens to best determine needs of the candidate and company
Interview candidates for a variety of job opportunities including warehouse, industrial, hospitality, retail, administrative.
Coach candidates through the interview process
Search for passive candidates through various online avenues including job boards and social media
Complete reference checks on candidates
Conduct initial background checks on candidates
Build relationships with a variety of clients and companies to fill a variety of their job opportunities
Handle initial work-related injuries from both the employee and client side of things
Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
Previous Human Resources / staffing industry experience including recruiting for industrial or manufacturing related positions preferred
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Ability to work with changing priorities
Ability to learn customized and new software programs
