Job Title: Exploration DrillerType: Full-time Job Position Description: Responsible for safely operating exploratory drills to bore into the earth and extract samples and/or drill through rock. This person will work alongside another driller as means of support.Company Introduction: Wendling Quarries, Inc. Job Responsibilities:
Daily equipment maintenance and operation
Execute drill patterns and borings
Sample preservation
Maintain database of drill logs
Work safely with adherence to Wendling Quarries safety policy
Job Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Understanding of basic mechanics and working knowledge of large equipment
Ability to work independently
Hours & Compensation:
Monday – Friday
Approximately 40-50 hours/week
Some travel may be required
