We are seeking a sub-contractor who will be responsible for the installation of skylights and Sun Tunnels on both residential and commercial roofs. All of our installers are VELUX Certified and Trainedyou will be working for a VELUX Five-Star Dealer with over 20 years in this business. We will train you. The successful candidate must have construction experience and good carpentry and/or roofing skills.
Responsibilities:
Install skylights and Sun Tunnels
Pick up materials and be accountable for tools needed to complete jobs
Manage your time and our resources efficiently
Represent our company well
Qualifications:
Previous experience in skylight and Sun Tunnel installation is preferred however VELUX training will be provided
Strong carpentry skills
The ability to work on roofs
Provide your own work truck or van (company covers reimbursement for fuel and maintenance)
Be able to work on your own
Provide your own tools; the company provides ladders and covers all disposables
Good, safe driving record
Good communication and time management skills
Live within 40 miles of Clive, Iowa where our office/warehouse is located.
