Being comfortable with technology is a must as we routinely use email, calendars, property management apps, maps, etc. via an Android powered smart phone. Some PC use may also be required from time to time, but minimal. Work orders will be assigned with the expectation that they will be completed in a timely manner per our policies with very little oversight. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting skill, etc. HVAC and other certifications would be a plus but is not necessary. We are absolutely willing to train any candidate that we feel is eager and excited to be part of our team.

This position requires the employee to have a basic set of their own tools upon starting and offers an annual tool allowance to replace and upgrade old tools as well as to continue growing your tool inventory. Having a valid driver's license and the ability to be insured is a must. We provide a company vehicle to drive during your work day as well as a company smartphone.
